
Beat the Heat - Summer Recipes with Vitaminis
Popsicles:
Berry Banana Gut Health Popsicles
Ingredients:
- 1 bottle Vitaminis Gut Health (Banana, Berry & Pear)
- 1/2 banana
- 1/4 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt
- Optional: 1 tsp chia seeds
Instructions:
- Blend all ingredients until smooth.
- Pour into popsicle molds.
- Freeze 4–6 hours or overnight.
🍓 Optional: Add slices of strawberry to the sides of the mold for a fun look!
Citrus Immune Popsicles
Ingredients:
- 1 bottle Vitaminis Immune Support (Orange & Pineapple)
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup diced pineapple (fresh or frozen)
- Optional: 1 tbsp coconut milk for creaminess
Instructions:
- Stir together all ingredients (blend if you want it smooth).
- Pour into molds and freeze.
- Add a few chunks of pineapple before freezing for texture!
Refreshers:
Pear Berry Gut Cooler
Ingredients:
- 1 bottle Vitaminis Gut Health
- 1/4 cup pear juice or pear puree
- 1/2 cup sparkling water
- A few crushed blueberries or raspberries
- Ice + optional mint
Instructions:
- Muddle berries in a glass.
- Add Vitaminis, pear juice, and sparkling water.
- Stir and pour over ice. Garnish with mint!
Pineapple Citrus Refresher
Ingredients:
- 1 bottle Vitaminis Immune Support
- Juice of 1/2 lime
- 1/2 cup coconut water or sparkling water
- Orange or pineapple slice + ice
Instructions:
- Shake Vitaminis with lime juice and coconut water.
- Pour over ice and garnish with citrus slice.
